Motor Clubs & Rally Organisers
Project Timing Plans & Management Reports These are as essential to you as they are to us - a fundamental business tool. In addition to the original timing schedule, management reports will be provided to you in advance of your committee meetings. Unlike with other companies, you will not be fined if you miss 'milestones' in the plans.
Printing We can provide full colour digital printing and high volume traditional printing services. Please allow us to suggest the most efficient method for each of your documents.
Covers We can create the image of your rally from your pictures, logos and a bit of guidance! 'Over-prints' allow us to mark them with 'Regulations', 'Final Instructions', etc so that a single 'corporate image' can be promoted throughout the rally.
Regulations We offer services from simply printing, folding and stapling your ready-made pdf file to chasing advertisers/sponsors for artwork, adding them to your words, printing and posting. You can also have a file which you can email to prospective competitors.
Final Instructions We can print and post final instructions the same day. More time saved in the final few days leading up to your rally.
Safety Books Nothing can be clearer than colour diagrams and maps where safety is concerned.
Time Cards We can produce perforated and wire bound time card books. These allow the competitors to easily keep note of their times. We can also print time cards with carbon copy pages to speed up the resolution of results queries.
Road Books We can simply print and bind a road book you have already produced. We always recommend wire binding because 'comb binding' doesn't survive being folded back on itself very well! We all know how annoying it is when a road book falls apart in your hands. We can also type a smart road book from your hand drawn tulip diagrams. For a full service, we provide personnel and a car equipped with a calibrated trip meter, calculation of target and bogey times, time schedules, etc. We are now including colour symbols and signs – even photographs of 'hard to find' junctions or control locations.
Results We can print and despatch results the morning after your rally. We can get them into the post before a Sunday lunchtime collection!
Spectator Programmes As well as printing, we can compile and produce your programme for you.
Maps We can add your route and additional information to maps. These can be inserted in to other documents, or made available individually.
